Progressive curriculum
Every unit builds on the last. Skills introduced in Year 1 are revisited, refined and applied right through to Year 6, so progression is planned in — not left to chance.
Teacher-friendly
Each lesson is planned in full: warm-ups, activities, differentiation and equipment lists. Any class teacher can pick it up and deliver a confident PE lesson.
Assessment built in
Simple end-of-unit checkpoints show who is on track, without adding to teacher workload or turning PE into a paperwork exercise.
